How long does it take to get my Kentucky MMJ card?
Most patients are approved by Kentucky Dept. of Health & Senior Services within 1-2 weeks of submitting their application! For more information, visit the Kentucky Medical Marijuana Program website.
Will I receive a physical card in the mail?
KY DHSS issues digital Patient IDs that can be carried on your mobile device. You can also download & print a copy of your ID from the Kentucky Medical Marijuana Portal.
Is there an extra fee for assistance with my state application?

Can I still own & purchase firearms after I get my MMJ card?
Kentucky Amendment 2, Article XIV specifically states that having a KY medical marijuana card will not interfere with any other rights granted by the Kentucky Constitution, including your right to possess & purchase firearms & ammunition from licensed dealers or retail stores.
