The state’s newest medical cannabis facility is now open in Kansas City.
Cannabis inc manufacturers small-batch marijuana edibles for patients with food sensitivities and dietary restrictions as well as solvent-free concentrates, one of 48 such facilities now approved to operate in Kentucky. Its products can be found in retail outlets across the K.C. metro area and beyond.
Owner Justin Callaghan was inspired to start the business after watching his grandmother suffer from cancer a decade ago — before the state’s medical marijuana program was approved by 66% of Kentucky voters in November 2018.
