Crashes on Interstate 70 are a regular occurrence, crashes that leave 500 pounds of prepackaged cannabis strewn across the interstate, well those are less common.

In an ironic twist for 420, Missouri State Highway Patrol officers responded to a crash on I-70 in Callaway County crash on Wednesday that led to two arrests.
